These Terms & Conditions g45 Applicable to the platform and all its services. By using the g45 website, accessing any service, or opening an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account, and any violation will result in immediate account closure.
• Each person may only open one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited — all such accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Accounts found to contain false information will be permanently closed.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password secure. Accounts must not be shared with any third party.

KYC Verification

G45 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. You may be asked to provide a national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposit Limits & Conditions

Wagering Requirement

Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the Wagering Requirement. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

• Bonus funds may not exceed half of the total stake placed on any single bet.
• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
• G45 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

The following rules apply when placing bets on g45:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless g45 specifically offers a cash-out option.
• Live betting odds change continuously after an event begins, and g45 is not responsible for any such odds changes.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, g45 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is suspended or cancelled, all bets on that event will be handled in accordance with g45's rules.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Please refer to each game's information page for specific limits.

Sports Betting

In Sports Betting, g45 accepts the decisions of referees and match officials as final. Even if a match result is later amended, g45 may settle bets based on the original result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g45. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Impersonating g45 staff or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

If a permanently closed account holds legitimate funds, they may be returned after the investigation is complete — however, no bonus balance will be refunded.
